Zoran Durkovic is Granite Ridge’s Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Durkovic has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Granite Ridge, he served as Director of Consolidation and Reporting at HF Sinclair Corporation, a diversified energy company that manufactures and sells products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel and renewable diesel. From 2013 to March 2021, Mr. Durkovic served in various accounting and SEC financial reporting roles for multiple independent oil and natural gas companies, including EXCO Resources, Inc., RSP Permian, Inc. and Concho Resources, Inc. Mr. Durkovic worked at Ernst & Young LLP from 2007 to 2011, conducting year-end audits for both private and public companies. Mr. Durkovic received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University in 2006 and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University in 2007.
