Amanda N. Coussens is a Director at Granite Ridge. She serves as the chairwoman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Conflicts Committee and Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. Ms. Coussens is also the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for P10, Inc. (NYSE:PX), a publicly traded asset manager with over $17 billion in assets under management, where she has served since January 2021, and led the company through an initial public offering as well as a subsequent debt refinance. Prior to joining P10, Inc., Ms. Coussens held financial leadership roles with a number of asset management, advisory, and private equity funds. She has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of PetroCap, LLC, consulting Chief Financial Officer for Aduro Advisors, Chief Financial Officer for White Deer Energy, Director of Financial Services for Timmon Advisors, LLC, and Director of SEC and Financial Reporting for Edelman Financial Group (formerly Sanders Morris Harris). Ms. Coussens is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, where she graduated with honors.
