Amanda N. Coussens is a Director at Granite Ridge. She serves as the chairwoman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee, and Conflicts Committee. Ms. Coussens is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ridgepost Capital (NYSE: RPC), a publicly traded alternative asset management firm with more than $17 billion in assets under management. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has helped lead the organization through its initial public offering, subsequent debt refinancing, and continued growth.

Prior to Ridgepost Capital, Ms. Coussens held financial and operational leadership roles with a number of asset management, advisory, private equity, and venture capital firms. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of PetroCap, LLC; Chief Financial Officer of White Deer Energy; consulting Chief Financial Officer for Aduro Advisors and several venture capital funds; Director of Financial Services for Timmons Advisors, LLC; and Director of SEC and Financial Reporting for Edelman Financial Group (formerly Sanders Morris Harris). Earlier in her career, she was an Audit Manager with Grant Thornton.

Ms. Coussens serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Houston-Downtown.
