James Masters is Granite Ridge’s Vice President of Investor Relations, overseeing investor relations and strategic communications. Prior to joining Granite Ridge in 2025, he provided investor relations consulting to energy clients through his firm, Masters & Co., and as head of the energy practice at Vallum Advisors. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in finance and investor relations at HighPoint Resources, Fifth Creek Energy, and Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. Mr. Masters earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Pepperdine University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
