Eric Holley provides finance and accounting services to Granite Ridge through Granite Ridge’s Management Services Agreement with Grey Rock. Mr. Holley joined Grey Rock in 2016. Prior to joining Grey Rock, Mr. Holley was the founding member of Silverthorn Accounting Services, which provides outsourced accounting, audit preparation, and operating consulting services to energy fund managers and small business owners. Prior to Silverthorn, Mr. Holley was a financial statement auditor at Rothstein Kass, with a focus on audits of energy related private equity funds and oil field service companies. Mr. Holley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
